AIT Home Delivery UK Ltd - Non delivery of an item

AIT sent an email saying they were going to deliver my tv on Monday 24th Nov between 9 and 11am I paid 15 pond for this when the delivery van arrived they could not find the tv the man said they would deliver more parcel and see if it was at the front of the van it got to 16 30 no one contacted me I rang the office the woman said it was not On the delivery van it might have been put on another van she said she would book me a delivery for Thursday 27 th I had an email saying I was first on the delivery flat between the hours of 9.19 am to 11 19am then I had an email saying I was number 27 on the delivery flat then at 1600 I had another email saying the item could not be delivered it was not On the delivery van I rang AIT the woman said I should not have been given the 27th delivery day as the tv cannot be found I said I will be ringing at 8am tomorrow Friday 28th and I want to heartbeat has been found and is going to be delivered I have stopped in ***** and still no delivery this company is a joke a delivery company that does not deliver how wonderful it the tv is not found and delivered I have informed them I shall be going to the press and Martin Lewis he can put it on his programme
