I purchased a dress at your Milton Keynes store more than 28 days ago at a cost of £49. I was going to wear it the other day but noticed that it did not fit me properly. Unfortunately I no longer have the original receipt, however, I do have my credit card receipt. I telephoned the Milton Keynes store to explain the situation, and although I knew I would not get a refund as it was outside the 28 days, I was hoping I would be given a credit note or an exchange.
I was informed that if I did not have the original receipt then I would not be entitled to a credit note or exchange. The lady was rather abrupt and just said that nothing could be done as this was company policy.
Whilst I know various stores have different return policies as a customer of Apricot I feel very let down by your company.
