Two days ago on 18/***** I called in actually went to your Curry’s Store to look at TVs , I was sold a Monitor when I wanted a TV only with input for my Virgin 360 box, I was missold as I had explained what I wanted, I had a video call Saturday and was told it was ok but it didn’t have the inputs at the back and was told by a him yes your right it won’t be what you want, so I phoned your Number today 21st and was again misled told to take the monitor back to Aintree shop, for refund! When I asked for a refund they refused me and said we don’t do refunds but the monitor was untouched by me and as I say given the wrong advice, I am ***** old and had to get a taxi with it today and they said you will have to do the return online and print a label then take it to be posted, I said I am here now you have it and I paid fully here on Friday so just put it back on my card, I could not believe what I was told to do I was so angry when your customer service said to take it to the shop , the monitor was delivered by Royal Mail today, I expected Curry’s to collect it from my home but because they said take it to shop I did, what the heck is going on? That was appalling Customer service that I have ever experienced, my card should have been credited as I bought it in the shop, not everyone has cars and printers and the ability to do such a return But I was TOLD TO TAKE IT TO THE AINTREE SHOP, ?
