I am sorry this is not precisely a complaint fully but the form I found other day I cannot find now and this is only way I can say, I told e mail for business support but no reply and may not be correct e mail address. I add to story of asking for valet as vulnerable customer in Barnsley Currys Yorkshire, late valet store say cannot phone to chase and reordered it this week then on Monday an e mail came saying I can chase it, re order should not be made, and offering free line no and I suspect fraud, web search says the freeline no links to possible spam and insurance scam, and I copy paste here e mail sent the Currys business team added to with more search tag info of spam scam info now also sent to gov phishing report e mail who may look at it but do not reply. copy paste now from TAllott Barnsley Yorks *****

Dear Currys business team
you have not replied to the e mail yesterday about if a tel no put lower is suspect. I wonder if you do not like me saying what I did or if this is not correct e mail to report to, or if you delay reply due to many e mails to reply to. I have printed the e mail sent me saying they are Currys sent on 7th July this Monday this week, and written the date sent on print out that did not display date sent. I have it for reference when I chase up in Currys in Barnsley next Monday or probably Tuesday about fact the 0800 number says chase up valet now nearly 6 weeks on order for washer, in a week for they say should hear within a week. I am cynical and feel messed about. The e mail print will allow me to ask Currys why they often say I cannot phone the valet team but must just wait and it could be a few weeks or 2 weeks only for valet appointment phone call to mobile to let me book washer valet as on care repair plan.
I have further looked at search inputting query if the number below is suspect and copy paste below one site saying it is suspect, contradicting detail saying it is safe and links to Currys on Who Called me on another search info tag. I also found a site clever dialer .co.uk or something says the number is definitely a spam, and has no link or reply they imply so add this to further support my argument that the number may be suspect, sorry if it is genuine but Currys customer service definitely told me I must not phone and never offered any free line chase up in store.
here is copy paste of one search tag and info thrown up about the 0800 being suspect.It says insurance spam in accordance with my idea put to you yesterday with comment on one search info tag that it links to BT, O2 and is about pay when I said is it pulling vulnerable for money. One site I said sounded odd and dangerous on about a chat site saying fridge or cooker got oddly red hot and saying a customer had denial of service from Currys and was asking for food, as if penniless, made me wonder if this is scam exploiting homeless people or trying to create false penury homeless stories and false id info on site, or doing people for money as if to make homeless doing dirty work from exploiting and hacking info on Currys valet service, as said being on health order U Credit transfer now long term mental health support order now under GP let off outpatient checks for moods and anxiety and disturbance due to bad experience in past, I can feel vulnerable to being messed with tho it does not often seriously happen, I got upsetting scam mobile call twice other week and e bay abuse of my seller account and as said can fear impersonators, but nothing fundamental yet. I add the info and it may be right to think the comment the Who Called me site, linked to BT, O2 and pay, is insurance scam as it says in report below. thanks hope you reply will try other email or chat on line about Currys now if available thi time of evening.

I am sorry if this is not apt e mail address to send to but am in Rotherham library free computer suite and do not have 2 details on my person to fill in the on line specific form about care plan and valet issues such as debit no or order date of my washer in 36 Halifax St Barnsley Yorks *****. I was glad other month asking query on other issue to be told due to being on care and repair plan valet service a word I never heard of was there for a yearly check and clean of my appliances and an employee expert cleaned my cooker for free and I was told in store when never been offered this valet service before that I am also able to book a free valet service for the washer. I was told for cooker valet it could take a few weeks to get a phone call to ***** to set up appointment but it worked out in end, not sure if they chased it and then I got a faster phone call but should be grateful for the free help.
I have booked a washer valet clean up approx 5 weeks ago maybe a bit more time ago and it seemed first of all as if not a definite booking for an e mail came saying it was then made a definite booking as if the e mail team assuming from genuine Currys valet service had had to firm up my request for washer valet that I was told in store at customer service desk in Barnsley Harborough Hills business park where Currys is in S Yorshire, that I was told is my entitlement for free valet. There was confusion a while ago when I found out error on Currys care and repair plan records saying there were 2 washers bought, I think dates 2016 and 2017, and I have reported odd fraud e mails etc and foreign id fraud that would not link when I phoned back to mobile twice recently to report gov phishing e mail service but they do not reply by rote but may look at it. I fear impersonator due to other e bay and on line issues but cannot prove it and am vulnerable. The Currys store let me say only one washer purchase and cancelled one debit if there were two and it may have been due to an extended renewed debit or error with an appliance check up, I have 2 receipts I think one about renewed care plan debit or repair that I forget about. I am not sure I could say there is impersonator for details on store computer are in my name and address and they keep records okay and I can get print offs, sales receipts and print offs being in my home in folder storage now to keep them in order. But I fear something odd going off. I have chased up the washer valet for no phone call and know store staff can e mail or contact valet team to chase it as with last issue with cooker valet that worked but this month they do not offer chase up and just say wait. I have been given impression it can take a few weeks for valet appointment call due to waiting list or strictly speaking within 2 weeks but no contact in 5 weeks. Last time I called in Barnsley store this week the staff lady spoke maybe in vocal error saying it was like a medical service and I have told Currys to support me a bit when buying in past due to being long team on health support order on mental health having been in hospital a few weeks 3 times between 2001 and 2018, and on stabiliser tablets doing non obligatory voluntary work for some years of my life. I did not say that to the customer service lady this week tho and look better in face off tablets and outpatient checks each 3-4 years back on GP access and support order not obliged to work but doing craft and art courses to get out. She seemed from nowhere to say word medical about my approach but I know they are sales staff for appliances etc and never had such words uttered by sales staff in life elsewhere. I cannot prove this. I have looked at the number in web search and it throws up 3 maybe suspect sites and I copy what I composed with copy text from those sites to you now for further evidence the 0800 no offered to chase up valet may be suspect, and can say if I mentioned Octopus 2 variants of new debit figure making me fear with suspect fraud not dangerous e mails and odd texts and a couple of mobile calls and e bay scam, making me fear impersonator or fraud on too high new debit figure linked to this 0800 Currys no if fraud, can say Octopus energy replied fast and said it is error of other assessment overruled with lower debit so it is not link to that far as I know. copy will go from me to report phishing to gov thanks by e mail. ***** *****

The below are 3 websites thrown up when I asked in web search if the number sent here to Currys as maybe fraud, and they seem maybe bogus with odd details and words like red hot about a freezer which sounds odd like trouble causing talk how can freezer get red hot> sorry if I overreact did not copy answer off web chat site. Other web site has odd tag and other is blank screen said suspect site, is this proof the 0800 is bogus for Currys said I cannot chase up valet washer appointment and must not phone and I imagined a professional team of engineers and workmen not on as easy going a telephone number as freeline for if there is freeline number for valet chase ups why did Currys Barnsley not tell me after extended delay in phone call to fix up washer valet, that after all against past advice I could phone valet team and why did they not say cannot phone at first but in final analysis there is freeline 0800? I will now check out if spam no by entering word spam in search box and it goes to report phishing to gov report e mail who may look at it but not reply by rote thanks.
