DHL Express UK - Poor service leading to soaked package

Re shipment number *****
I received a text (timed on my phone) at 10:18 on Friday 18 May.It said that a parcel would arrive in the afternoon, I replied shortly after to delay the delivery until Wed 23 May.
The package was delivered despite my request and left by the door. It was sodden wet when I got home today 22 May.
Looking back to the only text I received from DHL and checking the link I can see that the "at the delivery depot" was at 06:57 and sent out for delivery 08:47 - I was not informed at these time points.
This is not acceptable and I will also informing the company who was using your service in good faith. I will encourage them not to use you in the future.
