Gardening Express - Missing item from order:

I ordered several items from Gardening Express around 10th June.
The order included a mini greenhouse, two plant pots and a shrub.
The shrub was missing from the order when it arrived and despite five emails sent to your company querying this, no-one has bothered to resolve this problem ..?
I would respectfully ask that you now do so.
