Gardening Express - no plants

despite trying numerous times to find out what has happened to the remaining items from my order bought and paid for on the 4th of june , i have had no reply to explain what the problem is!. i feel i have been scammed , the two bags of compost arrived from the order in a couple of days but the plants have not. all i want is the rest of my order or a refund for the missing plants. i will never buy from this firm again , it is just not good enough in this day and age.
