Gardening Express - No sufficient correspondence!

So I have spent £250 on buying 50 lavender plants in 2-3m pots. It says that delivery is normally up to 5 days but please understand in busy periods in can take up to 15 days. I placed the order on the 4th June and we are now on the 25th June, I have repeatedly asked politely for an update, as on my order page it just states - "order placed, pending tracking" I recieved the following message back on Monday 23rd :

Thanks for reaching out, our team will get back to you soon regarding the following request:

Where is my order?

Message:

Yes, it has.
No, I have not received confirmation.
No, I need more help.
I have sent emails as I am over the 15 day period and have received no response or updates which is very frustrating! my order was not small and an update would be gratefully appreciated. my order is: #*****

Since that message I have heard nothing back at all! I didnt seem like a very good way to treat your customers and doesn't relay any confidence to use the servicer again, or to leave any positive feedback!
