Ordered fairy carpet roses on 14th June, order number #*****, it is now 4th July, have waited 15 working days
My credit card shows the money has been received, but no roses have been delivered
I now wish I had read the complaints before making my order
I will be contacting my credit card provider to ask for refund
I will also be contacting trading standards as gardening express are decieving customers
