georgeshop.co.uk - Charged for undelivered product

I ordered a few weeks ago a laser hair removal product. Despite the website claiming the product had been delivered, it had not in fact been. I know this as my house has CCTV out the front. When contacting customer support, this demented woman called julia without a capital J decided to blank my right to a refund and just churn out nonsense repeatedly like checking my neighbours’ house & taking my courier number to the local post office. None of these measures have been of any help. I have a product that nobody seems to know where it is and I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Failure of this calamitous company to comply will see me report them for fraud.
