Go Assist - No work done!

3rd June I filled in an application for help with a Bosch cooker hood that required an engineer because although electrics were working the fan did not extract externally. I was promised assistance for Friday 6th and requested a.m. visit. 12 noon I rang and was pit through to a lady who advised me she would contact the engineer/electrician and came back with message that he could not get to me until 6.0. He subsequently phoned me to say he could not arrive until 8.45 - which he did and was quite unacceptable. He then reported back to his base that an engineer was required - not an electrician. He then went. I have since phoned 2 times to be told this would be looked into and an appointment for engineer would be notified. I have paid up front- I AM FURIOUS.
