Very poor, with one or two notable exceptions of people (usually junior) trying their best - I spoke to about 10 people all told - finally my complaint was supposed to have been escalated to ‘a manager’ who would phone me - I am still waiting for the phone call. Then I got a text telling me that a letter explaining why they couldn’t resolve my complaint had been sent to me. I am still waiting for the letter. Abysmal customer service
