I went into my local Stratford upon Avon store 2 weeks ago to spend my £5 birthday voucher. At the till I was told ai could not use it because the store was closing down! Why couldn’t they honour my voucher? Now you’ve sent me a reminder to tell me the voucher will soon expire! Insult to injury!...
