Complaint24 is a public complaint platform for all types of complaints and acts as a bridge of communication between consumers and businesses.
All complaints on Complaint24 come from consumers in Germany. Any consumer aged 18 or older can generally submit a complaint about any company, as long as they have or had a business relationship with the company they wish to complain about.
All complaints about a company are published on the company’s profile page. Here, you can read and write complaints as well as find other relevant information about the company, such as the overall satisfaction index rating.
Complaint24 was founded in 2016 as an independent complaint platform that is open to both consumers and businesses, enabling collaboration between the two.
We allow everyone to publish complaints and claims; companies have no way to pre-select or filter what consumers can actually read about them.
All complaints are published immediately, without pre-selection, and forwarded to the relevant company.
The content of the complaints is not important to us. After all, every consumer has a different perception of when and what they want to complain about.
Complaints on Complaint24 are user-generated content. This means that each complaint is the intellectual property of the author and can only be permanently deleted by the author themselves. If a user does not delete their complaint, we retain it as long as they have a user account. If a user deletes their account, all their complaints are also permanently deleted.
Freedom of expression is, of course, allowed on our platform, but it has its limits when our guidelines are violated. Every company has the ability to report complaints that violate our guidelines. It is obligated to use the reporting function in accordance with the guidelines. If you violate our guidelines while using our platform, we have the right to delete your complaints and/or block or delete your account. If we delete your account, all your complaints will be deleted simultaneously.
