JD Gyms - ***** ***** JD Gym Dundee.

Hello.
My name is ***** *****, and I have been a member of JD Gym since it opened in Dundee.
I am going to the gym 4-5 days a week.
The reason I'm writing today is that I want to complain about a member of staff, whose name is Leini Dolan.
I was in contact with her twice in the gym.
The first time she's running around the gym. I had a break and took two steps away from the machine to get some signal (the connection is not very good in the gym and the Wi-Fi wasn't working). She assumed that I wouldn't take the weights down, so she came complaining. She didn't stop, she didn't look in my eyes, she just made the comment.
The second time, a few days ago, it was pretty strange. She saw me coming into the gym, and in 3 minutes on the clock, she came complaining that it was signed on the machine that was out of order. I told her that I didn't see any sign; the sign was on the floor, being not visible from the biceps machine.
She ordered me to move and she smashed the sign on the machine, telling me that it was out of order. I tried to explain that the sign was not on the machine when I started. Again, she did not stop; she did not look in my eyes; she just left.
This is not good customer service. First, you can't assume things; second, you need to be able to look the customer in the eye and have a conversation.
