I have provided you with a ridiculous amount of evidence that i completed your pokerstars offer, after waiting 4 days for a response your team rudly closed my ticket without doing their Jobs. This is either blatant false advertisement designed to trap people into signing up so you get the commission without having to pay out yourself. Or pure incompetence on your staffs behalf
