Just Eat UK - Dangerous delivery driver

Please can you confirm that this moped bike is fully fit and safe enough to be used to deliver just eat items please? The abuse alone by the delivery driver spitting inside the coop shop is uncalled for! He said he had tissue in his mouth that he was spitting out, which I took an offence to and said regardless if it's tissue or not? It's still classed as SPITTING! and that he could of walked out of the coop shop and spat the tissue? Instead of choosing to spit inside of the shop right next to me. It's on camera and the coop shop is on Sutton road Southend on sea, post code SS2 after 12 this afternoon, 24/06/2025
