KFC - Urgent Complaint – Poor Food & Service at Hounslow High Street KFC

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to KFC Hounslow High Street today, *****, at 16:48. I ordered a Zinger Stacker Meal, which was clearly not fresh and of very poor quality. On top of that, the service was completely unacceptable — staff were dismissive and tried to excuse this by saying the restaurant was “busy.”

This level of service and food quality is utterly unacceptable from KFC. I expect a full refund and an assurance that this issue will be properly addressed.

I am very upset and expect a prompt response.
