Hi, I was messed about with the time of a recent delivery. I was given literally 15 minutes notice to tell me that the order would be late and wouldn't be there for approx 60-75 mins.

I then went out. Few minutes later I received a missed phone call and the person didn't leave a message so I called it and then they said they'd be 15 minutes. So I then had to rush back from where Id gone.

The chaps that delivered it then told me that they weren't allowed to remove the plastic but when I complained they did sort of help with some of it.

I paid I think £35 for the delivery and £35 for it to be put in the bedroom.

What sort of service is this, that the heavy mattress is just dumped and the plastic not removed for the householder?

Ive now go to book an appointment at my local tip to dispose of the large pile of plastic.

Another reason Im lodging this complaint is that the two men absolutely reeked of body odour.
To the point that I was literally gagging when they left and had to open all my windows and spray air freshener to get rid of the stench.

Absolutely disgusting!

Im looking for some sort of compensation for all of this and await your reply.
