I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent order (#*****) of the ***** Triathlon Bronze Bundle, which included 4 products totaling £379.83, placed on 29th July 2025.
Upon receipt, I noticed that the wetsuit allowed excessive water ingress during swimming. Additionally, I was sent an extra large wetsuit instead of the size large I expected based on my measurements and your website’s size guide.
During a recent chat, I was informed that exchanging for a smaller size would incur a £20 fee because the wetsuit was used in water. I find it unacceptable to be charged this fee since I could not have known the wetsuit was too large without testing it. I believe it was your responsibility to send the correct size based on the information I provided.
I have reviewed your Terms & Conditions and your Easy Returns policy, which states a 90-day window for returns. Given this extended return period and that the sizing error originated from your side, I request reconsideration of the return fees and postage costs, as this issue is not due to customer error.
Please confirm that there will be no additional VAT or other unexpected charges for the exchange.
