Several months ago I booked a holiday with navigate holidays I finished paying for the holiday which I paid for monthly over six months I finished paying on the 30th of August and I have still not received any details of our flights no flight reference numbers I keep being told by David at navigate that they will be with me within the hour and they would email them across Happens every day and then I hear nothing then I'm told within the hour I'll receive it then I'm told within the next 15 minutes I receive it and I still haven't received it I've paid over £600 for the holiday and if I do not receive the what I need and proof of our flights et cetera in the next 24 hours I'm going to be demanding or a complete refund of all my monies because I'm absolutely fed up with being told thank you for your patience I'll get right onto it and nothing happens I still haven't received what I need to receive as proof of this holiday
