Hello I placed an order on 25/06/2025 for a Twin Filter coffee maker. Since we had it, it was working fine. Then one of the jugs failed to take water into the filter as it just kept on dripping out into the jug. I rang up they asked me to post the machine to them which was on 21st October 2025.
I have now sent three emails to them and so far No one has responded back. The Telephone system does not even work. Is this company still in Operation
