Oak World - Ancroft Waxed Chest delivered extremely damaged

Order #***** Received order today. lamp tables fine. Oak chest not fine! There is a hole in the front of the chest; both side panels have partially separated from the body of the chest, and the back panel is split in one corner.
I bought this item in your clearance sale, not in a "damaged goods" sale. I require a replacement or my money back for this item. I have already sent an email to your sales team with photos as it was difficult initially to find your complaints procedure on line, so this issue may have already been raised with your customer service dept. Note: the delivery was not made in its original box, but in a crumpled ,ill fitting carton.
