I am writing on behalf of my Daughter Sarah Hawes who appears to have subscribed to Omaze.
There are two payments coming out of her bank account that is not through a direct debit or a standing order and is perhaps taken as a card payment instruction.
My Daughter is partially sighted and partially disabled and is not able to afford the amount of money taken every month.
She does not know if she has an OMAZE account and we need to find a way to cancel this subscription.
Can you please advise me.
