From the outset it would appear that in general, your pharmacy company is your 'nominated pharmacy'. When someone has to get a 'one off' prescription changed at a local pharmacy the local pharmacy has to nominate themselves as your 'nominated pharmacy'. Then, when you go back to your original pharmacy for your repeat prescriptions, you will find they cannot process your order. It has taken a lot of emails to get things sorted but, eventually, things are now back to normal.
