Sainsbury's - Live slug in mixed leaf salad

This evening whilst eating a salad (Italian mixed leaf) purchased from the Bradford on Avon store on 25th September , my son discovered a live slug on his plate. This was extremely distressing and he was immediate sick.

I have kept the remainder of the bag of salad and the now dead slug, and have taken photos
