Servicing Stop - DO NOT USE SERVICING STOP

Payment taken 19/6/2025, Service/MOT booked for 30/6/2025. Car collected 10am and asked if it could be returned a near to 4pm as possible. Can only contact Servicing Stop via "Chat" so when it got to 6.15pm I was stuck. The garage was closed and no contact number for Servicing Stop - no car ! Received a call from a mobile number at 9.30am advising me they tried to call me numerous times the day before (no missed calls on my phone) to tell me I needed a new pollen filter and break fluid to which I said couldn't the delivery chap have told me that when he delivered my car back. He promised me the car would be back within the hour so when I tried to call the number back at 10.40am it was suddenly unobtainable. I had called the garage earlier who advised they couldn't release it until they had spoken to Servicing Stop. On ringing the garage back they said they would get onto Servicing Stop and deliver my car back in the next 30 mins. Was about to call the Police as I had had enough when my car arrived at 11.30am. The driver said they had been having loads of complaints about Servicing Stop and they were thinking about stopping their relationship as the bad reviews was rubbing off on them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
