Teletext Holidays - Club munuma beach hotel

I have never ever in all my years been so unsatisfied or disgusted in a hotel in my life as I was with club munuma.
Where to start?
No mimi bar as advertised, a fridge but you had to buy your own drinks to put in the fridge.
No tea or coffee making facilities, not even a kettle.
Hotel rep was rude and very pushy.We had to cancel one of our trips but this was on the morning of the trip because of illness, to be told we had lot that money because we didn't cancel the day before.
Had we had known that one of us was going to be ill on the day we would never of booked it. I phoned reception twice early to cancel but kept being told the rep would call me but he didn't. I got through to him finally to be told the bus had gone and we had lost the money for that trip.
As far at the food goes we couldnt eat any of it so had to eat out morning afternoon and evening, costing around another £1000 to £1500 over the two weeks.
There is no private beach but a beach that anyone can use and you can use any beach as long as you purchased from there bar. Absolutely fakse advertising for the whole of the hotel.
Also no evening entertainment or night club at the hotel.
I may now take this further.
