Subject: Urgent Complaint – Food Poisoning & Hospital Treatment (Booking *****/S25H)
Dear Teletext Holidays Customer Relations Team,
My name is Mrs. ***** ***** *****, booking reference *****/S25H. I am currently staying at Aska Lara Resort & Spa, Antalya, Turkey, booked from 16/07 for 11 nights through Teletext Holidays.
Unfortunately, I suffered severe food poisoning after consuming food at the resort. I was taken to hospital and received IV treatment. Moreover, I have been confined to my room for 3 days (Saturday, Sunday, and today Monday), which greatly disrupted my holiday.
In addition to this impact, I incurred extra expenses:
• £50 insurance excess
• €25 Uber transportation (back from the hospital)
• Medication costs
The hotel has instructed me to file this complaint with Teletext Holidays. I kindly request an urgent investigation into this issue and fair compensation for the expenses and loss of enjoyment of my holiday.
If I do not receive a prompt response, I will be forced to escalate this complaint further.
