It’s been more than one month I’m chasing with Vinted customer service only one reply is getting sorry we can not resolve this problem as the order is completed..

I bought LV perfume £58.20 from seller burge_1 on *****

Firstly I do apologies I press button everything ok before opening the parcel.. after open I received the fake perfume box different inside bottle different with some other smell.. so have sent multiple messages to seller to return the item for refund he/she sending me dog picture and theory pic .. so the seller not bothering and Vinted not helping me either. Pls help me to get my money back. The seller is scammer why no one talking any action against her/ him .?
